All exterior changes need Board approval and you will need to submit an architecture request form. Please see attached link and submit it to our email address for approval.

  • Payments are accepted online through our website at this link, do be advised that there is a fee for this service: Pay Online
  • You may also make a payment via mail, please send the payment to PO Box 14479, Mesa Arizona, 85216
  • You may also send an ACH payment (you will need to submit this form) or send through bill pay through your bank

Please contact your insurance company and get a claim started. Your insurance provider and claims manager will then reach out to us for support and scheduling of work.

  • If you have found a non-emergent maintenance issue in a common area please send an email to: customerservice@landtproperties.com
  • If you have found a maintenance issue that is an emergency please call us at: 480-544-4101

There are links to each association on our website, once you are logged in you can visit your communities page to access the links to all important documents. Please note that you will only have access to the community in which you reside. If you need help getting a username and password or gaining access to your communities page, please submit this form and allow 1-2 business days for us to grant you access.
